Comfortable, simply furnished, and fragrance-free. Enjoy the view of the golf course, warm yourself by the gas
fireplace, enjoy a cupboard full of board games, puzzles and books, or watch tv on the big screen.
Kitchen & Dining Area
Fully equipped with non-toxic cookware and cleaning supplies, a coffee/tea bar, appliances, and everything you need to prepare your own meals. Winco grocery is less than five minutes away.
Grocery and food delivery is available to the area if you'd prefer not to shop in person.
Seating for six at the table, or three at the kitchen counter.
Master Bedroom & Bath
King sized bed with hybrid mattress and plenty of linens. Fragrance free.
Equipped with a television, Air Doctor and a humidifier (if desired)
Master bath includes a deep soaker tub and walk in shower with a large walk-in closet.
Second Bedroom & Accessible Bath
Queen sized bed with hybrid mattress and plenty of linens. Fragrance free.
Equipped with a television and nice sized closet.
Bath just outside the door has a widened doorway and can accommodate a manual or electric wheelchair.
Standing shower is not roll-in but can accommodate a shower bench.
Third Bedroom & Shared Bath
The third bedroom includes two single beds which can be placed as bunk-beds or also be pulled apart and
placed separately on the floor.
Equipped with a television and nice sized closet as well as kids toys.
Connected bath is a Jack and Jill style bath that adjoins to the fourth bedroom/office as well.
Includes a tub and shower.
Fourth Bedroom / Convertible Office
The fourth bedroom has a comfortable, full sized Murphy bed which can be opened, or left closed so the
room can be used an office. Equipped with a desk, office chair and printer.
Connected bath is the Jack and Jill style bath that adjoins to the third bedroom as well
Includes a tub and shower (see photos on third bedroom).
Laundry Room
Brand new washer and dryer, with unscented laundry supplies
Iron and ironing board available, and laundry room has a sink.
We require that any clothes brought in from a home being remediated be
brought in via sealed plastic bags to the closed laundry room and immediately washed with
Borax, Vinegar, and/or EC3 laundry wash which are all supplied.
Game Room (in garage)
Kids and adults can enjoy the table style arcade game station and oversized games supplied in the
garage game room.
Back Yard
The backyard is exceptionally peaceful. Enjoy watching golfers play through on the 16th fairway,
geese wander by having breakfast in the morning, and a few resident
squirrels come politely knocking at the back door for morning (and mid-day) nuts. (Nuts are handy for their visits)
Neighborhood
There is a neighborhood park with a play structure, basketball court and picnic setup less than a block away.
Walking trails wind throughout the neighborhood and the Eagle Hills Golf Course is in the back yard. Less than five minutes away, Stephen Guerber Park has a large play structure and splash pads, baseball fields, and places to walk or run.
A large shopping center is at the corner with Winco, Home Depot, numerous restaurants, a car wash, and a Club Pilates.
