The Home
The Eagle Greenhouse is a brand new, single-level home situated on the 16th fairway of Eagle Hills Golf Course in Eagle, Idaho just minutes from Boise in the heart of Idaho's Treasure Valley. It was built and furnished specifically to serve as a certified clean, mold-free lodging option for patients traveling to the Boise area for medical care. Every detail of this home was chosen with intention — from the non-toxic cookware and fragrance-free cleaning products to the accessible entry and open floor plan. It was designed to be clean and safe from day one.
Why "The Greenhouse?" The name means three things to us. This home sits directly on the green of Eagle Hills Golf Course. It is maintained to certified clean, green standards — mold-free, toxin-free, and fragrance-free. And from the moment you walk in, you'll notice the décor carries that same theme throughout — warm greens that feel calm, grounded, and alive. The name felt right the moment we thought of it, and we think you'll feel it too when you arrive.
Meet the owner
My name is Tiffany Kettermann and I am the owner of The Eagle Greenhouse.
I have navigated chronic illness personally, which is what ultimately led me to create this space. I know what it means to search for somewhere safe to stay when your health depends on your environment — and how hard it is to find it.
This home is also my own. I stay here myself when I am in Eagle, and I would not do that in a space I did not fully trust. The standards I hold this home to are the same standards I need for my own health. That is the only endorsement I can honestly offer — and I think it is the most meaningful one.
Our standards
The Eagle Greenhouse is maintained to the following standards between every stay:
🌿 Cleaned exclusively with non-toxic, fragrance-free products
🔬 Tested for mold, bacteria, and yeast at least twice yearly;
protocols in place for all guests to protect one another
🍳 Furnished with non-toxic cookware and materials throughout
👟 Shoe-free home — outdoor footwear is not worn inside
🚭 Strictly smoke-free and fragrance-free
♿ Single-level and accessible — garage ramp, accessible bathroom, open floor plan
🔒 Privately offered — one group at a time, by referral only
